Boston Lager Cheddar Cheese Fondue



BOSTON LAGER CHEDDAR CHEESE FONDUE
The Melting Pot Copycat Recipe

1/2 cup Samuel Adams Boston Lager
1 teaspoon bacon
1 teaspoon onion, diced
1 teaspoon mustard
3 shakes of Tabasco sauce
5 turns of black pepper
2/3 cup Cheddar and Swiss cheese blend
1 teaspoon scallions

Add beer to your fondue pot. Then add your bacon, onion and mustard. Add the Tabasco Sauce and fresh ground black pepper. Stir with a fork for about 30 seconds. Then add the cheese 1/3 at a time mixing thoroughly in between. Use whipping motion to fluff up the cheese and finally garnish with scallions
