Creme Brulee Fondue

The Melting Pot Copycat Recipe

Serves 6-8

1 package white chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 teaspoons caramel syrup
1/4 cup caramelized sugar
2 teaspoons caramel liqueur

Melt white chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream, stirring until smooth. (I use an electric fondue pot for this recipe, but you can also use a double boiler). Add caramel syrup. Sprinkle caramelized sugar over the top of the fondue. Spritz with the liqueur and light on fire (this will further caramelize your sugar).  Keep warm, stirring occasionally, and serve with your favorite dippers! The left over chocolate can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated later!
