The Melting Pot Restaurants, the world’s premier fondue restaurant and the top casual dining restaurant in the 2015 Nation’s Restaurant News Consumer Picks rankings, is honoring its 40th anniversary and fondue’s lasting retro appeal with a limited edition ruby anniversary menu and elevated throwback cocktails from the last four decades.
The Melting Pot’s special ruby anniversary menu is available now through November 17, 2015 and includes:
- 40-Award-Winning Cheese Fondue – a blend of sparkling wine and four specialty cheeses that collectively won more than 40 awards for their superb flavors
- Ruby Salad – spring mix topped with glazed pecans, dried cranberries, goat cheese crumbles and ruby red beets, drizzled with a savory berry balsamic dressing
- Anniversary Edition Surf & Turf – A center-cut filet mignon medallion paired with a split, cold water lobster tail served with a sweet and savory Ruby Port sauce
- Limited Edition Molten Lava Fondue – A combination of dark melted chocolate and moist chocolate cake served with fresh berries, bananas and sweet treats
Featured drinks include a ’70s Grasshopper, ’80s Mudslide and Fuzzy Navel, a ’90’s Cosmokazi mash-up and a new take on the ’00s Mojito. This refreshing lineup of elevated versions of these iconic cocktails will allow guests to sip through the decades as they toast to 40 years of fondue.
