GREEN GODDESS DIP
The Melting Pot Copycat Recipe

8 ounces cream cheese, sliced
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely sliced chives

In a microwave-safe container, microwave cream cheese and milk for 2 to 4 minutes, whisking after each minute, until cream cheese melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in sour cream, onion, parsley and chives. Refrigerate until cold.

CURRY DIP

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

HORSERADISH SAUCE
The Melting Pot Copycat Recipe

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream 
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

STEAK SAUCE
The Melting Pot Copycat Recipe

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

GORGONZOLA PORT SAUCE

1/2 cup mayonnaise 
1/2 cup sour cream
2 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 ounce port wine
1/2 ounce milk

Combine all the ingredients except Gorgonzola cheese a bowl. Mix thoroughly using a whisk.  Add the cheese and blend well. Cover and refrigerate it.



This sauce is exceptionally great on steaks as well as inside of button mushroom caps.

  1. Back in the day there was a lemon pepper sauce. They gave me the recipe one time, and it is below.

    1 Cup Mayonnaise
    1 Cup Sour Cream
    1/2 Cup Lemon juice (fresh)
    1 TBLS cracked black pepper
    1/8 tsp kosher salt
    1/2 oz chopped parsley
    1 TBLS fresh lemon zest
